Holiday Dispatch & Delivery Notice


Please be aware that the Christmas period is an exceptionally busy time for our fulfilment team and our delivery partners. While we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual, and courier networks may also experience delays.


For the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, we strongly recommend placing orders early.

Shipping Notice:

We dispatch all orders from the UK. 

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. In some cases, processing may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Shipping from the UK
Please note: All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on these fees.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers Only

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional tariffs or customs duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Once a shipment arrives in the United States, any customs charges must be paid even if the customer intends to refuse the delivery or return the item. Customs clearance is required for the shipment to be returned to us, and a return freight charge will also apply. As such, we cannot process any refunds unless all outstanding customs and return shipping fees have been settled.

We recommend consulting your local customs authority for further information regarding potential import charges before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


RETURN POLICY

Holiday Return Policy (2025)

To support early gift shopping, we’re extending the return period for the festive season.

Orders delivered between 28 November and 24 December 2025

are eligible for a 30-day return period, beginning on the date the parcel is confirmed as delivered.

For all orders delivered outside this period, our standard 14-day return policy applies, counted from the confirmed delivery date.

This policy applies to both UK and international orders. Your return period always begins from the official delivery date as indicated by the carrier.

14-Day Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Archive Packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Return Process:

  1. Access your account by clicking on the profile icon.
  2. Navigate to Your Orders and find the order number for the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on Return Request located in the top right corner.
  4. Choose the product you want to return and specify the reason.
  5. Finally, confirm your return request.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
