14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with an item missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the items received and the packaging
All orders are checked prior to dispatch; however, if there is an issue, we will investigate and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note:
- Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted
- Items that show signs of wear or use may not be eligible
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Please note: Archive Packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, please use our returns portal.
You will need:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
Within the portal, you’ll be able to:
- Request a refund
- Exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability)
If you’re unable to locate your order details, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be calculated and displayed within the returns portal.
In cases where the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item), return shipping will be covered by us.
Refunds and Exchanges
If returned items are not received within the 14-day window from the date of acceptance of the request, or do not comply with the return conditions, they will not qualify for a refund or exchange. We may return such items to you at your expense.
If approved:
- Refund: Will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and processing your return.
- Exchanges: Will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, usually within 5-7 business days. The item(s) you wish to exchange for are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
