14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note: Archive Packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Return Process

1. Access your account by clicking on the profile icon
2. Navigate to Your Orders and find the relevant order
3. Click on Return Request
4. Select the item and choose a return reason
5. Confirm your return request

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
