Shipping Information

Address Changes & Order Updates

To change your shipping address, contact details, or cancel an order, please email us at customersupport@local-space.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Requests are processed in the order received. While responses may take 1–2 business days, time-sensitive requests are handled based on when your email is received.

Please note:

  • Changes and cancellations are only possible before an order is processed, typically within 2 hours of placement
  • For security reasons, billing addresses cannot be updated. Orders requiring a billing address change must be cancelled and placed again

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs and Duties

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional tariffs or customs duties upon delivery.

These charges:

  • Are determined by U.S. Customs
  • Are not included at checkout
  • Must be paid even if the shipment is refused or returned

Customs clearance is required for returned shipments, and return freight charges will apply. We cannot process refunds until all outstanding customs and return shipping fees have been settled.
