Shipping Information
Address Changes & Order Updates
To change your shipping address, contact details, or cancel an order, please email us at customersupport@local-space.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Requests are processed in the order received. While responses may take 1–2 business days, time-sensitive requests are handled based on when your email is received.
Please note:
- Changes and cancellations are only possible before an order is processed, typically within 1 hour of placement
- For security reasons, billing addresses cannot be updated. Orders requiring a billing address change must be cancelled and placed again
Shipping Notice
We dispatch all orders from the United Kingdom.
We ship using trusted courier services, including Royal Mail (UK) and FedEx (international). For international orders, all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). In some cases, processing may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We aim to provide competitive and transparent shipping rates.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
An order is considered delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and secure, and that someone is available to receive the parcel where necessary.
If you are aware that you may not be available at the time of delivery, we recommend using the courier’s delivery options (where available), such as rescheduling delivery, selecting a safe place, or arranging collection from a local depot or pickup point.
Missing or Not Received Orders
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your parcel, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and any safe places
- Checking with neighbours or others at the address
- Allowing a short period of time in case of delayed handover
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us, and we will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
