1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Local Space. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend products at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours and appearance may vary depending on device and screen settings.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time and to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
4. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be processed through our returns portal.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
- Be returned in original packaging with all included accessories
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Once a return request has been approved, items must be returned within 14 days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be rejected.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence where requested.
All items will be inspected upon return. If items are found not to be faulty or have been damaged due to misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and return the item at your expense.
Where items are confirmed faulty or incorrect:
- A return label will be provided
- Return fees will not be charged
- Original shipping costs will be refunded
- A refund or exchange will be issued
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping is arranged through our returns portal.
A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without valid proof of postage.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
10. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to reject refunds where returned items do not meet the required conditions.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including Archive Packs, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
12. International Returns
For international orders, duties and taxes are paid at checkout and are non-refundable.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and designs, is the property of Local Space and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
