How pre-orders work
This item is not yet in stock. Pre-orders start shipping from the date shown above. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch from that date.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Mixed orders
If your order includes in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Updates
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If there are any delays, we will email you as soon as possible.

Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched via Profile > Orders, or by emailing customersupport@local-space.com.

• Let your shoes rest after wearing and use shoe trees to keep their shape
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Apply a neutral leather cream when needed
• Avoid too much water
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight

• Fits true to size for most customers
• If you are between sizes, we suggest selecting the next size up
• CM measurements indicate the full length of the foot, from heel to the tip of the longest toe

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur, and we’ll notify you if so.

Pre-orders

Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method. International orders may experience customs delays outside our control.

Customs & duties
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

• Request a refund
• Exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability)

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
